Our statement
All models, actors, performers and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on fansti.com were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.
Fansti does not produce content. Content on Fansti is created and uploaded by independent creators, who are the producers of their content.
Records kept by content producers
Each creator is the producer of the content she uploads and is responsible for creating and keeping the records 18 U.S.C. 2257 requires for that content. This includes a copy of a valid government ID for every person who appears in the content, showing their legal name and date of birth, any other names they use, and the date the content was made.
Creators confirm this duty when they accept our terms of service and our acceptable use policy.
How Fansti verifies age and identity
- Every creator must pass identity and age verification before any content is published or sold. The check uses a photo of a valid government ID and a live selfie, and the date of birth on the ID must show the creator is 18 or older.
- Every co-performer must be a verified Fansti creator, or the creator must give us a signed release and a copy of the co-performer's valid government ID before the content is published. The release confirms the co-performer was 18 or older when the content was made and agreed to appear in it and to its sale on Fansti.
- Content with a person who is not verified and has no release on file is not published.
- Every upload is checked against hash lists of known abuse material before it is published, and anything unclear is held for review.
Fansti keeps copies of these verification records and releases for as long as the law on record keeping requires. More about our checks is on our safety page.
Content that is not sexually explicit
Some content on Fansti, such as public teaser posts, profile photos and text, does not show actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Fansti applies the same age and identity checks to the creators of that content as to all other content.
Custodian of records
Requests about records kept under 18 U.S.C. 2257 can be sent by email to the custodian of records at [email protected]. The name and address of the custodian of records are provided on lawful request to the authorities entitled to inspect them.
Report a concern
If you believe any person in content on Fansti was under 18 when it was made, use the Report button on the post or write to [email protected] at once. We hold the content while we review it, and we report to the authorities as the law requires. See also our complaints page and the Fansti homepage.
