What is allowed
Verified creators aged 18 or older may sell legal adult content of themselves, and of co-performers who are verified or have a signed release and ID on file. This includes nude and sexual photos and videos, lingerie and fetish content, feet content, face free content, text posts and paid messages.
Content must be made with the consent of everyone in it, and everyone in it must have been 18 or older when it was made.
Content we never allow
- Anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18, in any content, and any content that sexualizes minors, including drawn, animated or computer generated content
- Role play, costumes, captions or props that suggest someone is a minor, or childlike themes of any kind
- Non consensual content, including content of someone who did not agree to be filmed, to the sexual acts shown or to the content being shared
- Hidden camera, voyeur or upskirt content, and any content filmed in secret
- Content of people who are asleep, unconscious, drugged or drunk to a level where they cannot consent
- Incest themes, including role play
- Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals
- Real violence, torture, gore or content that shows serious injury
- Content of real people made or changed without their consent, including deepfakes
- The sale, promotion or arrangement of illegal drugs
- Escorting, prostitution or any offer of in person meetings, sexual or not, in exchange for money
- Sale of illegal weapons or instructions to make them
- Hate speech or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation
- Content that promotes self harm or suicide
- Content you do not own or have no right to sell, including leaked content of other creators
Behavior we never allow
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing or blackmail
- Asking for or sharing personal contact details, addresses or real names of others
- Pushing fans to pay outside Fansti or sending fans to off site payment links
- Spam, scams, fake accounts, bots or misleading pages
- Stolen cards, chargeback fraud or money laundering
- Recording, scraping, downloading for sharing or reselling content
- Getting around verification, the age notice, geo blocks, bans or blocks
Zero tolerance for minors and non consent
We have zero tolerance for any content involving minors and for non consensual content. When we find it, we remove it at once, close every account involved, keep the evidence the law requires and report it to the authorities as the law requires. Earnings linked to that content are held and are not paid out.
How we check content
- Every creator passes a government ID and live selfie check before the first sale, as described on our safety page
- Every co-performer must be a verified creator or have a signed release and ID on file before content is published, as explained in our 2257 compliance statement
- Every upload is checked against hash lists of known abuse material before it is published
- Anything unclear is held and never published unchecked
- Reports from fans and creators are reviewed, and content with enough reports is hidden while we review it
We may ask a creator for more information, a new ID check or proof of consent at any time.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious the breach is, we may remove the content, limit features, suspend the account, close the account, hold earnings linked to the breach and report to the authorities. Serious breaches, such as content involving minors, non consent or fraud, lead to immediate closure. You can appeal a decision as explained on our complaints page.
