Fansti complaints about content and accounts

How to report content or an account

Report button

Every post, message and creator profile has a Report button. Choose the reason, add a short note if it helps and send. You do not need to give your name, but signed in reports let us tell you the outcome.

Email

Write to [email protected] with the link to the content or the creator's handle, what the problem is and, if you can, when you saw it. If the content shows you and you did not agree to it, say so in the first line so we act on it first.

Copyright

Complaints that content copies your work follow our DMCA policy, because the law requires specific details.

What you can complain about

  • Content that may involve someone under 18, or someone who appears under 18
  • Content of you, or of someone you know, shared without consent
  • Any other content that breaks our acceptable use policy
  • Harassment, threats, blackmail or scams in messages
  • Fake accounts or accounts that pretend to be someone else
  • A charge you do not recognize, a refund request or a payout problem
  • A decision we made about your own content or account

How to appeal a decision

If we removed your content, limited or closed your account, held a payout or rejected your report, you can appeal. Reply to our decision email or write to [email protected] with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. Explain why you think the decision is wrong and add anything that helps, such as a release for a co-performer.

A different person from our team reviews the appeal. We answer within 14 days. Decisions about content involving minors are final and are not reversed.

If you live in the EU, you may also have the right to use an out of court dispute settlement body or go to court.

Protection against false reports

Reports made in bad faith, for example to harm a creator, break our rules. Accounts that file repeated false reports may be limited or closed.
