Fansti DMCA policy and copyright notices

What we do with a notice

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the creator who posted it, with a copy of the notice. Personal contact details in the notice may be shared with the creator so she can respond. We aim to act within two business days.

Counter notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA counter notice". It must include the following.

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. A description of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, email address and a way to contact you, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for your address, or for Fansti if you are outside the United States, and that you accept service from the person who sent the notice

We send the counter notice to the person who sent the original notice. If that person does not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of repeat infringers. An account that receives valid notices for more than one piece of content, or that uploads content belonging to other creators, may be closed, and its earnings linked to that content are held. Uploading leaked content of other creators also breaks our acceptable use policy.

Takedowns for your leaked content

Creators own their content on Fansti. If your content appears on another site without your permission, you can request a takedown from your creator panel. You give the link where your content appears, and we prepare and send a takedown request to that site on your behalf. You can follow the status of each request in the panel.

Watermarks with your handle on your media make it easier to prove a leak came from your page. More creator protections are listed on our safety page.
